Refund policy

Your Right to Return At LuNirox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day free return policy on all eligible items, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original, unused, and undamaged condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Digital downloads or software once accessed
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear) if the hygiene seal has been removed
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@LuNirox.shop or call +44 757 760 6923 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a return authorisation number and full instructions. Returns are completely free of charge and we will provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a full refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@LuNirox.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
