General By accessing our store and placing an order with LuNirox, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental or guardian consent) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the accepted payment methods available at checkout.
Order Confirmation Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted and a contract formed once you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Order Cancellations You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@LuNirox.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may return it under our 30-day free return policy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
Product Descriptions We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us for a resolution.
Intellectual Property All content on the LuNirox store, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of LuNirox and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuNirox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
