Shipping policy
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Free Shipping: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (1 to 2 business days)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods. LuNirox is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on all orders to UK addresses with no minimum order value required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted UK carriers including Royal Mail and other reputable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@LuNirox.shop.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Orders uncollected after the carrier's holding period may be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange re-shipment. Please note that re-shipment fees may apply in such cases.
Lost Parcels If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@LuNirox.shop and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a full replacement or refund.
